There's hundreds of writing sites on the Internet, some of which no doubt provide a character generator in which you click a button and out pops a random character description for you to use as a writing prompt to help build your little garter snake writing muscles into mighty literary pythons that will one day carry you to the top of the trade and people at Comic Con will dress up as characters sprung from your tender imagination.
The problem with that scenario is it doesn't get LabKitty any page hits.
And so a character generator seemed to be an easy enough thing to code. The instructions are simple: (1) Click button. (2) Be amused. If it doesn't work for you, I would be grateful if you could shoot me an email (labkittydesign at gmail -- tell me your browser) and I will try to figure out what I did wrong. That being said, the code is pretty simple (you can switch to "View Page Source" or whatever and look at it, which come to think of it is probably a quicker way of debugging it than me looking at it). With a little luck, it will work fine and provide minutes of entertainment. Enjoy!
